**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Each day, you will gain knowledge by performing tasks as directed by the program manager/corresponding leader. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and participating in the local Trainee Program. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power business in Thailand. You will be mainly accountable for: - Supporting the implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of products and services within the defined area as directed. - Participating in formal training to develop personal and leadership skills in preparation for future professional roles. - Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period. - Contributing to diverse social events and team activities and using the chance to establish a broad network within ABB.

**Qualifications for the role**:

- Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Computer Engineering, Computer Science) or
- similar with major (recent graduates from 2021, 2022, 2023)
- Practical past working experiences (internships, traineeships, full time experience) of 1 to 2 years would be
- advantageous.
- Attitude and ability to learn and execute quickly
- Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, scope and priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team to solve complex problems
- Demonstrates a high level of self-belief and motivation. Shows drive and ambition for broader responsibility
- Should have a professional level of social understanding and good working relationships with other
- Open to new ideas, demonstrates ability to innovate and eagerness to improve things
- Should be able to motivate others and leadership potential.
