- **Job Purpose**:

- **Supervisor, SSHE Trainee** is responsible for supervising daily SSHE operations, providing SSHE advice and support to the Well Operations Department and contractors. This includes implementing and ensuring compliance with the SSHE Management System (SSHE-MS), as well as relevant SSHE rules and regulations. The role ensures the effectiveness of SSHE-MS and safe systems of work at the site, including those of contractors ** Key Accountabilities**:

- Under the SSDP Program, **the trainee will learn from experienced instructors and an assigned mentor to develop competency within the first 8 months**, and deliver the following key responsibilities:

- Supervise teams and manage contractors’ SSHE performance to ensure activities are executed in accordance with SSHE-MS and contract requirements.
- Communicate and implement SSHE campaigns and initiatives, ensuring successful adoption by all contractors
- Facilitate incident investigations and coach/advise teams to achieve quality Corrective and Preventive Actions (CTAs) and identify root causes for future SSHE improvements.
- Conduct routine SSHE audits and inspections as per the SSHE audit plan.
- Follow up on findings and recommendations from incident investigations, audits, and inspections until fully resolved.
- **Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:
-- Newly graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Occupational Health and Safety), or hold internationally recognized SSHE diplomas
- 3 years of experience in managing health and safety (Drilling and Wells is preferable) or
- 5 years of experience in Exploration and Production (E&P - Onshore / Offshore)
- **Additional Desirable Qualification**:
-- Proficiency in both Thai and English communication
- TOEIC score above 650
- Strong analytical and communication skills
