**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- **Manage, motivate, and supervise the accounting team, and foster cross-functional communication and cooperation**:

- **Ensure completeness, correctness, and on-time month-end closing, submission of financial reports, statutory financial statements, taxes, and Transfer Pricing matters**:

- **Ensure compliance of accounting records, Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other matters with general accepted accounting principles, and local regulations**:

- **Responsible for improvement of existing accounting practices/procedures, and ensuring good internal control**:

- **Liaise with shareholders’ finance team, internal-external auditors, and The Revenue Department regarding accounting, taxation, Transfer Pricing, and other accounting-related issues**:

- **Perform month-end closing and financial statements to report the business’s operation in accordance with Thai accounting standards and related tasks in a timely manner**:

- **Be able to propose and execute accounting related policies throughout the company**:

- **Be able to provide business’s operation reports such as monthly cost accounting analysis, A/R, A/P, inventory aging report, sales report, cash flow report, etc. with details to the management team and stakeholders upon request**:

- **Be able to manage and review all transaction and accounting functions and identify significant operations/financial variances and provide reasonable explanations and solutions for those discrepancies**:

- **Prepare and submit a full range of taxes in compliance with laws and regulations to be complete, accurate, and within a timeframe to Revenue Department**:

- **Take part in preparing annual budgeting and feasibility studies of new projects and work closely with the business unit to support the management team and stakeholders**:

- **Record sales and expenditures according to departments to compare and monitor against annual budget and forecasts**:

- **Coordinate with relevant parties such as auditors, financial consultants, and related departments to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards**:

- **Preparing balance forward, reconciling and details support to all accounts which need to carry forward to new ERP**:

- **Maintain account receivable, account payable, and inventory Master Data Management**:

- **Develop process improvement to ensure effective internal control for all accounting processes**:

- **Assist in developing and implementing ERP, SAP Business One**:

- **Perform other duties as assigned**

- Age 36 - 45 years old with at least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and holding a CPD license**
- **At least 3 Yrs. solid experience in budget, forecast, financial analysis, and finance package**:

- **At least 3 Yrs. experience in the general ledger, month-end, and year-end account closing**:

- **At least 3 Yrs. working experience as a finance & accounting manager in MNC with TFRS and IFRS knowledge**:

- **Familiar with accounting software such as NetSuite, ACCPAC, SAP Business One or Navision**:

- **Good command of English in both spoken and written is a must**:

- **Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a must**:

- **Teamwork, result-oriented, customer focus, innovative, Honesty & Integrity**:

- **Dynamic person, high responsibilities and working ability to meet tight deadline schedule**:
