Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-3 years of work experience in Account Receivable.
Strong background in MS Office especially in Excel.
Job Responsibility.
Ensuring timely bill placement and collection.
Analysis of AR Aging Schedules and provides resolution for aged accounts.
Set up meeting with Sales team and operation for resolve any issue.
Assist subordinates with collection activities in difficult case and supervise and coordinate activities of engaged in collecting overdue payments for charge accounts.
Monitoring all account receivable and checking the AR master data accurately and timely invoice, tax invoice, receipt, credit note, billing, collection, delivery order, Offsetting AR and month, quarterly AR end closing.
Mange debtors and control debt risks.
Preparing monthly AR Aging & Bad Debt Provision, Intercompany confirmation and quarterly Accounts Receivable Exemption reports.
Assist the supervisor and performing ad hoc work as assign from management.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting.
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Account Receivable, Collection, Billing, Credit Control.
Experiences with Account Receivable, Collection, Billing, Credit Control.
Strong background in MS Office especially in Excel (pivot, V-lookup).
SAP experience would be an advantage.
Good command of English.

**Working Condition**:
Working date Monday - Friday.
