**Responsibilities**
- Preparing and handling overall accounting AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, VAT, and Taxation.
- Preparing and handling the inventory as well as Inventory cost price calculation.
- Support for the accounting closing, monthly, and year-end.
- Performing and ensuring the completeness of detailed monthly accounts, reconciliation (e.g. Bank reconciliation, pre-paid and accrued expenses, AR and AP aging report, etc.) within timelines.
- Coordinating with external accounting firms and auditors related to accounting matters.
- Reviewing results of reconciliation with other modules to match with Trial Balance, feedback to the originator if any issues are identified, checking for any mistakes, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Understanding intercompany transactions, identifying, performing, and cross-checking the elimination transactions in the system.
- Coordinating with every department to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of new procedures and processes to enhance the accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls.
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required/assigned by supervisor.

**Qualification**
- 24 - 30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting all loops, Audit field, or Manufacturing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Especially in MS Excel.
- Good command of the English language in both written and communication.
- Knowledge of TFRS / IFRS will be an advantage.
- Experience with SAP and ERP will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented person, flexible, open-minded, and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
