**Responsibilities& Accountabilities**
- Coordinating with service team for document preparation regarding tender and sales activities or marketing events.
- Responding to inquiries from service sales representative about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Being responsible for the process good issues to deliver spare parts.
- Coordinating with service team on the delivery inquiry.
- Interconnecting with various departments and international teams associated with sales and marketing, supply chain management, finance and accounting, legal and compliance departments.
- Monitoring the inventory control systems, prepare inventory transferring and receiving, and ensuring the inventory is stocked and purchase order can be fulfilled, take preventive action to prevent slow-moving stock.
- Preparing the purchase requisition to internal sourcing departments.
- Analyzing the statistic data of spare part usage, equipment by product line or by specific dealer that sales or service managers use to monitor performance.
- Assisting on internal document control and filing.
- Cooperating with supply chain management team complying with Thai FDA regulations.
- Being self-motivated and able to prioritize and managing a myriad of projects and ad-hoc assignments with strong prioritization.
- Defining and optimizing the better practices for sales, service and document executions.
- Performing any other supportive tasks as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Thai only, 23 years old above.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator, Logistics, Accounting or any related fields.
- Has experience in sales support or coordinator role more than 2 years.
- Knowledge or experience in medical systems product will be advantage.
- Must have service mind, teamwork, collaboration, adaptability and initiative.
- Proactive, well-organized, has can-do attitude, good manner and positive attitudes.
- Customer oriented with experience in negotiation and problem solving.
- Good command or written and spoken English is essential.
- PC skill on Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel), SAP is preferable.
