หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

**HR Employee Relation (Legal)**
**Responsibilities**

1. ดูแลงานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายที่กำหนด และไม่เกิดปัญหาความขัดแย้งภายในองค์กร

2. จัดทำร่างระเบียบข้อบังคับในการทำงาน และปรับปรุงให้มีความเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับกฎหมายแรงงาน และนโยบายการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลของบริษัท

3. ติดตามข้อกฎหมายด้านแรงงานเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้ในงานอยู่เสมอ

4. ดำเนินการด้านวินัยของพนักงานให้เรียบร้อยสอดคล้องกับระเบียบข้อบังคับที่กำหนด เช่น การลงโทษพนักงานตามระเบียบขององค์กร

5. จัดทำข้อมูลข่าวสารในการสื่อสารให้พนักงานได้รับทราบอย่างทั่วถึง

6. จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลด้านวินัยของพนักงานให้ครบถ้วนถูกต้อง

7. ให้คำแนะนำ ความรู้เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมและบริการให้กับพนักงานตามระเบียบที่กำหนด

8. วางแผนและดำเนินการด้านสวัสดิการรถรับส่งและเครื่องแบบของพนักงานได้อย่างครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์ รวมทั้งการติดต่อประสานงานในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง

9. วางแผนกิจกรรม สนับสนุนการจัดกิจกรรมหรือโครงการเพื่อสร้างและส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างพนักงาน สร้างความผูกพันในองค์กร ความเข้าใจอันดีและภาพลักษณ์ที่ดี

10. ติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

**Qualifications**

1. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขานิติศาสตร์

2. มีประสบการณ์ในงานแรงงานสัมพันธ์ หรืออื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างน้อย 4 ปีขึ้นไป

3. มีความตั้งใจที่จะทำงานด้านแรงงานสัมพันธ์ (กฎระเบียบ และงานกิจกรรมพนักงาน)

4. มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน และ พรบ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPA)

5. กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น และ Active
