**Responsibilities**
- Being the first contact point of contact for HR for global workers.
- Being responsible for receiving and responding to employee calls and resolving employee inquiries.
- Establishing a high level of competency with the HR operating model and SOPs.
- Control all procedures and paperwork related to employees and HR functions.
- Using an account management system to create, manage, and conclude cases, inquiries, and transactions.
- Communicating information with staff members and offering guidance as needed to address questions or problems.
- Complying with and showing a high level of expertise in the agreed-upon KPIs, SLAs, and employee service standards.
- Using internal discussion sites to exchange best practices and create efficiencies.
- Performing root cause analyses for important issues, and if necessary, escalating to the lead.
- Managing meetings and phone calls with stakeholders from various areas, and nations, and updating documents required.
- Being responsible for gathering information and producing reports at predetermined intervals for the necessary business and stakeholders.
- Being capable to carry out process enhancements that improve stakeholder and employee experience and fully owning the deliverables.
- Taking up ad hoc projects in response to local or international demand.

**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong ability to respond to stakeholder questions across regions and proven customer service abilities.
- Present the ability to collaborate with teams from all functional areas as well as executives and business partners in HR.
- Good command of English and Thai
- Good command of MS. Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- An ability to work in shifts is required.
