**The Role**:
You will be partnering closely with the client for their recruitment needs and working on client deliverables. This is a client facing role and therefore we are seeking an experienced, confident and highly credible individual with strong sourcing prowess who can take accountability, provide expert advice to clients as their Talent Acquisition Advisor.

**Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensure the recruitment service is delivered, in line with contractual obligations and client service levels
- Lead vacancy consultation discussions with hiring managers and document recruitment plans which include role requirements, agreed timeframes, roles and responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
- Develop end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet longer term client requirements
- Develop and support the sourcing strategy for each role/business unit and agree the strategy (including web-based and direct sourcing) with hiring manager
- Building and maintaining hiring manager/stakeholder relationships.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Preferably someone with background/experience recruiting in Life sciences, Pharma, Healthcare, Medical Devices
- Agency Recruiters who have managed Life sciences related roles are encouraged to apply
- Ability to demonstrate a broader understanding of the clients
- Ability to act autonomously on a standalone basis
- Conversational English communication skills
