**Job Purpose**:
**Supervisor, Well Operations (Well Intervention)** is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing Wireline (EL, SL,BL) operations, wellhead maintenance and related activities with Company and Contractor ensuring that technical and economic justifications are applied.

The jobholder supports field operations as and when required and ensures that wireline operations and wellhead maintenance are carried out according to company’s rules and regulations, standards, guidelines and procedures.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Direct, supervise and coordinate the work to ensure that all assigned Wireline operations, Fishing Operation and wellhead maintenance are managed and conducted in accordance with Company’s SSHE policy and industrial standards.
- Understand well barrier concept and industry and company well integrity standard.
- Lead daily operations and render day-to-day detailed work instructions to the working teams on-site.
- Compile and summarize wireline operations and wellhead maintenance; and report any operation failures/ problems to Superintendent, Well Operations for further decision-making for solutions.
- Coordinate the overlap with concerned parties such as collaboration job with CT, P&A, Under Rig Floor and Rig related activity to carry out the jobs as per proposal.
- Provide necessary input/ feedback for technical improvements on execution of wireline operations as well as Company’s know-how via information technology and training.
- Coordinate with contractors and related parties to ensure that all wireline, fishing and wellhead maintenance materials are properly controlled and managed to meet the work requirements. Ensure good inventory of company’s equipment/ tools and spare parts at work sites or workshop for correct stock realization.
- Manage all available resources and workforce appropriately to ensure that objectives are achieved and staff/contractor are fully utilized
- Verify that all wireline equipment/ tools are in good condition, function/ pressure tested, and certified following company’s standards and/ or specific instructions. Prior to any operations, ensure all pressures of interest are verified and recorded for reference and readiness of necessary well control equipment on-site during wireline operations.
- Ensure that equipment is properly rigged up and tested under pressure control principles and procedures, and within designed specifications and equipment limitations.
- Update/ prepare procedures for all new equipment/ tools introduced into wireline operations and propose changes to existing procedures as and when needed.
- SSHE Plan, control and ensure the optimization of technical integrity and maintenance of all assets’ wells in compliance with Company’s SSHE Management System
- Conduct safety meetings, lead onsite JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) and toolbox meetings. Actively participate in morning operations meeting
- Ensure areas of work and facilities are maintained in safe conditions.
- Enhance the implementation, enforcement, development and updating of wireline safety and operating procedures
- Ensure proper storage, handling and transportation of materials to avoid risk of premature equipment damage

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or significant relevant work experience in wireline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience primarily in wireline operations with good knowledge of slick line, braided line, fishing operation and other related well intervention.
- Good communication skills (In Thai and English)

**Additional Desirable Qualification**:

- Other well interventions, Coil tubing, expertise for Fishing Operation
- International experiences
