PTTEP Services Limited**Job Purpose**:
Supervisor, Drilling Operations is responsible for supervising on-site drilling, completion, testing and workover operations to ensure safe, efficient and cost effective working environment. The jobholder also ensures well operations are safely conducted as per the Drilling Program and in compliance with company’s SSHE and Well Management System requirements

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervise and provide daily instructions to drilling rig and third party service contractors in compliance with company’s SSHE and Well Management System requirements
- Ensure service company personnel are aware of their duties and that all required personnel, materials and equipment at the rig are checked for readiness
- Ensure all applicable regulations are adhered to by all parties
- Maintain constant awareness of well bore conditions and operating constraints
- Initiate changes to the pre-agreed well operation program as and when required, to protect personnel, environment, equipment and the well
- Ensure all rig personnel are competent with equipment usage
- Audit the work performed by the drilling contractor and third party service contractors to ensure they comply with terms of contracts and agreements
- Ensure that all cost control and material control reports are completed as required by company’s standards and the regulatory bodies
- Manage SSHE on the drilling rig. Conduct routine SSHE inspection. Report any incidents/injuries as per Company's Incident Management Standard.
- Perform immediate actions according to the emergency procedures in emergency situation
- Ensure all equipment are delivered to the rig on schedule
- Optimize vessel movement and utilization
- Communicate and report drilling activities, problems and anomalies to Drilling Operations Superintendent
- Update and improve drilling procedures / instructions
- Manage emergency situation and ensure minimum losses to lives, properties and productivity

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Bachelor Degree in engineering or related field
- Minimum 5-year experience in offshore well operations with minimum 3-year experience in on-site drilling supervision
- Experience in drilling operations and Offline Activities (OAC) in Gulf of Thailand.
- Experience in exploration, appraisal and development well operations.
- Exposure to completion and workover
- People management, leadership and communication skills
