We are seeking an experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee the planning, design, and execution of our interior design projects.

The Interior Project Manager will work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, team management, scheduling, and project execution.
- Overseeing the design process, ensuring that designs meet client requirements, are technically feasible, and are compliant with building codes and regulations.
- Collaborating with architects, contractors, our factory, and vendors to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and timelines, tracking progress, and making adjustments as necessary.
- Conducting site visits, our manufacturing progress, and inspections to ensure that work is completed according to design plans and specifications.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
- Preparing regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholders, providing project progress, timelines, and budget updates.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, building and maintaining solid relationships with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Project Manager or a similar role, managing interior design projects from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of interior design principles, building codes, and regulations.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Working day: Mon-Fri, Every other Saturday, Working time: 8.00-17.00.
