Lead design team and project on design pitching and development stage.
- Develop and execute interior design plans for corporate offices and commercial spaces, ensuring that they align with the project vision, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project management to ensure that designs are feasible, practical, and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Select materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet client requirements and, while staying within budget and construction timeline constraints.
- Oversee the construction and installation of interior design elements with our internal project management to ensure that they meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, and incorporate them into design concepts where appropriate.
- Provide design support and guidance to other departments within the company as needed.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in interior design.
- Must be able to communicate in Basic English.
- 4-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on corporate offices and commercial spaces.
- Proven track record of executing a successful interior design.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, space planning, and materials selection.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD 3D, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and project team members.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to work effectively under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to perform design lead with growth leadership mindset.
- Able to supervise, guide and train junior designers.
- Experienced in interior design turnkey or construction management will be an advantage.
