**What are we looking for?**

We are currently on the search for our next Interior Designers to join our Bangkok office, while working very closely with the broader Interior Design team across APAC. On the back on some amazing project wins and a long pipeline of future work planned, we looking to continue to build our capacity in this critical part of the business. Our new Interior Designers will be critical to ensuring we continue to deliver world-class design outcomes for the communities around us.

Specifically, we’re looking for a person who wants to sink their teeth into the following types of activities:

- Design: Prepare interior design concepts working with team members, developing design briefs and collaborating with other members of the project design team.
- Communication: Communicate and discuss ideas with the project design team.
- Presentations: Develop and prepare design presentations to communicate the ideas and story to clients, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Documentation: Work within small to large teams in developing construction documents using Revit software, according to established standards and technical requirements.

Further to this, the type of person we’re looking for is someone with:

- 5+ years’ professional experience in an Interior Design/Architecture role.
- Bachelor in Interior Design, or similar.
- Knowledge and/or experience of Interior Design delivery on large infrastructure projects.
- Beginner to Intermediate Revit skills.
- Creative thinking and innovation in all areas of the interior design process, including the creation of design concepts, storytelling, being in touch with current trends and products.
- Self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail, showing initiative and problem solving in a team are essential.
- Collaborative skills in leading, communicating concepts and design details, guiding and delivering outcomes for projects.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work flexibly to the needs of the Company.
- Good people skills who can get along with others, all while delivering on work.
