Reports to: Senior Business Control Manager
Work location: Bangna K.M.25

**Mission/purpose of the job**
Support Business objectives of UDT Finance & BC-Operations Team. Work with financial processes within the assigned scope.
Work closely with the business to analysis, follow-up as well as supporting information for business decision, and consistently support activities that achieve the Operational efficiency and top priorities in Operations.

**Scope and influence**
Work in the context of the Financial Policies and Procedures (FPP) for UD Trucks including local legal requirements.
Work in Cross-functional Environment with UDT Business Control Team to optimize overall business performances.
The scope covers all UDT and Assemble Volvo Truck Brands in Bangkok Plant including locations where UDT BKK Operations are operated such as India, China, Japan, etc.

Prepare information (journal entry, sundry invoice related) and collaborate with ACC Thailand to support month end closing on time and secure quality of financial reporting.
Prepare monthly and yearly actual production volume.
Work closely with Operations Project Owner to the actual Capital Expenditure spending vs Estimate both industrial and product projects investment.
Follow up CAPEX form and secure the asset capitalization on time and correctly report.
Prepare monthly Operating expense report by functions.
Manage industrial investment review forum (IIR - Initial Industrial Investment Review & PIR - Plant Investment Review) and support in reviewing the investment business case.
Manage fixed asset process and procedure to have standardized controls by collaborating with Operations and ACC Thailand.
Support in reviewing the internal control process related to fixed asset.
Being PCMT (Project Costs Management Tool) key user in monitor transactions /error, maintain user access/authorization and perform UAT if any CR (change request) and others.
Support business related to inventory.
Provide information to support financial estimates.
Be active as a business control team member, take part in working cross functional with Operations, UDT Finance & BC, and ACC (work on improvement processes, standardization and harmonized ways of working, best practice sharing)
Other jobs as assigned.

**Minimum qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance or relevant experience
At least 5 years of working experiences in business analyst
Experience in Automotive Manufacturing will be advantage.
Good Accounting knowledge
Understanding E2E process of Order to delivery, manufacturing, and its system overview
Understand UDT financial report and structure.
Good problem-solving skill and good team player.
Proactive, Accountability and proven as good team player.
Good analytical skills, logical thinking
High level of integrity and ethics
Ability to work in multinational, cross cultural and diversity environment.
Positive attitude towards change or transformation.
Good communication skills in local language and English.
Experience in manufacturing IT system and inventory control process.
Good in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook.
Skill in using SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Essbase will be advantage.
