**Job Overview**

UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. Mission of the Senior Product Cost Control Analyst is; prepare and provide Standard cost of Sales information to Sales and Marketing, set Standard cost of Sales in system to support financial report, set transfer Price and provide information for internal customer, govern and control Regional Value Content of CBU truck and components inclusive simulation of future changes that impact RVC for business decision making, support Product cost for new business study, product projects, support Product cost Program in follow up Target truckBoM structure, evaluate and validate estimate/actual savings under cost work steam, support financial result and follow up required by cost works stream leader, and support processes and control as the PSKU.

**Scope and influence**:

- The purpose of this position is responsible for cost, transfer price, and RVC of the reference truck/component.
- Another key function is to support work stream as Business control and financial perspective

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Prepare Standard cost of Sales for future year for UD and other products
- Set allocation method for costing
- Work with cross-function to prepare SCS supporting new business
- Initiate cost model or simulate cost based on assumption with identified risk
- Conduct analysis of Cost, RVC impact upon business case
- Prepare Standard cost and Transfer price with comparison to proper reference
- Identify cost driver among variety of specifications to group product by price level
- Choose reference BOM to set cost and price to optimize key control
- Calculate RVC and prepare cost structure for in-principal approval
- Control Cost/Transfer Price/RVC level and report for deviation with analysis and identifying risks to stakeholder
- Work with system for cost/price/RVC calculation and ensure all info will be transferred correctly
- Work with cross-function to investigate and solve the problem for the process and IT issue.

**Preferred educational and/or training qualifications and certificates**
- Bachelor’s degree Economics, Engineering, or other related fields

**Preferred experience and knowledge**
- Previous experience or in-depth understanding of costing method
- Preference in working with complicated and dynamic systems
- Proven ability to verify data with self-fabricate mathematical model
- Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
- Able to work under pressure with limited time
- Previous experience and understanding of truck specification
- IT knowledge, problem solving skill.

**Necessary technical/functional/language skills**
- Good command of spoken and written English with excellent communication
- Computer literacy and working with large data and advanced for Microsoft office.
