Investor Relations

Our client is an active player in Thai shipping and owns a port terminal and full-service logistics industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervising, coordinating, managing, support Investors and shareholders in trading Securities Coordinate with internal departments and outside for FA, Broker, etc.
- Preparing and disclosing information and reports to the public (e.g. MD&A, presentation, Roadshow).
- Providing support to IR activities i.e. Analyst Meetings, Company visits, Roadshows, SET in the City, and Site visits.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with SET/SEC, stakeholders, analysts, brokers, bankers, etc.
- Preparing and disclosing information as required by SET/SEC.
- Acting as a coordinator for executives to coordinate with departments and organizations according to the project activities of the company.
- Being responsible for managing quarterly earnings announcements and conference calls.
- Preparing presentations to the Board of Directors and Management Team.
- Coordinating investment to expand business networks and joint venture projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in Investor Relations, or financial analysis.
- Knowledge and a good understanding of the stock market, stocks, and investments.
- Strong numerical, analytical, service mind, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
