**What You'll Do**:

- Work from concept design to finish line
- Review designs & interpret project scope
- Represent the company in all project meetings
- Ensure all required information, designs and materials are made available in a timely manner to the construction team
- Ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximised
- Plan & organize the execution teams, oversee contractors, suppliers and other resources required for the project
- Negotiate prices with contractors & suppliers and various project stakeholders
- Conduct block tenders to get the best unit price
- Ensure all local authority/landlord approvals and permits are obtained in a timely fashion
- Plan and organize resources in advance for sites by daily preparation of labour schedules
- Exercise strong control over site activities and resources to track and ensure timely completion of projects within the budget and good quality workmanship
- Manage site managers and ensure Tool Box Talks, site safety inductions and HSE are carried out.
- Timely and accurately communicate project performance, issues/concerns and risks through the required reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate on a regular basis with the Landlord/Tenant's Coordinators
- Review, process, and monitor project invoices
- Collaborate closely with designers, operations team, and real estate department

**Who You Are**:

- You have excellent knowledge of materials and equipment
- You have familiarity with construction software programs (e.g. Auto Cad)
- You have strong experience in managing budgets for construction projects
- You have previous experience in construction management or fit out coordination
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (prefered)
