The Business Analyst we are looking for will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, have experience in automating processes over previous manual system set up and initiating solutions to deliver.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.**:

- Work with stakeholders and technology team to automate business processes
- Develop functional and technical specifications to support the design and development of our CUSP and ERP (Odoo)
- Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget
- Take responsibility for following up on deliverables
- Continuously monitor and report on our product progress and identify areas for improvement

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Strong knowledge around ERP systems, preferably Odoo/OpenERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter, hands-on personality, highly developed ability to set priorities and to execute
- Resilience to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile SCRUM and Kanban
- Fluent in English and Thai, both written and verbal is a must
