**Brand Communication & Strategy Manager**
Join our team and take charge of shaping our brand's narrative and customer experience across all touchpoints and channels. As the Manager of Brand Communication & Strategy, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence in both Automobile Sales and Customer Support sectors, working closely with Marketing and other relevant departments.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer journey management strategy aligned with the brand identity, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all touchpoints.
- Manage the funnel/journey, including budgeting, timing, and monitoring, to align with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Oversee MarTech utilization, media optimization, and lead generation strategies, collaborating with the Marketing Services team to enhance lead quality and cost-per-lead efficiency.
- Coordinate the rollout of Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Ad serving/DSP tools to optimize media performance.
- Provide marketing materials (imagery, audio, copy) to support various campaigns and initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Implement effective communication measures to enhance brand visibility and engagement across marketing channels.
- Maintain a consistent marketing presence across advertising media and channels, including dealer networks, in coordination with National Sales Marketing, Customer Support, and Sales teams.
- Analyze and measure the impact of advertising efforts, collaborating with marketing services to monitor brand health and campaign effectiveness.
- Lead reporting and campaign implementation efforts across defined topics, serving as an integration manager between brand functions and relevant departments.
**Requirements**:
- 10+ years of experience in the industry with a proven track record in brand communication and strategy.
- Strong understanding of MarTech tools and media planning strategies.
- Experience in a Premium/Luxury brand environment preferred.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
