**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Help to build business expansion in Thailand.
- Execute Business Development work, inclusive of finding suitable swimming pools.
- Execute daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Liaise between business development and operations teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination within the team.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Implementing business strategies and operational plans.
- Fast response to new messages from leads.
- Storing or keying data accurately to the software system.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Thai and English (fluent in speaking)
- Proven experience in a operations and customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

**Working Arrangement**
- Thursday to Monday (9am-6pm) GMT+8
- Remotely

Pay: From ฿123,456.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Operation Executive: 2 years (required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (required)
