**What You'll Do**:
**Inbound & Outbound Operations**:

- Manage and control all daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow for both inbound and outbound activities.
- Oversee the receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes to meet company standards and delivery KPIs.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues that could impact fulfillment speed and accuracy.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Execute and enforce established policies and procedures to optimize warehouse performance.
- Support process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance overall efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures.

**Technology & Systems**:

- Monitor and manage the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track and trace shipments and control stock levels.
- Collaborate with the Manager to address and resolve WMS-related issues, ensuring system efficiency.

**Collaboration & Stakeholder Management**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including **Key Account Managers (KAM)** and **Customer Service**, to address operational issues and ensure a high level of service quality.
- Assist in investigating and resolving customer concerns related to fulfillment.

**Compliance & Safety**:

- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards among team members.

**Performance & Continuous Improvement**:

- Monitor performance metrics and assist in tracking **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** to ensure progress and accountability.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in your work areas.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineer, Logistic management, supply chain or any related field
- At least 1 years' experience in Fulfillment, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Direct experience in Ecommerce, 3PL business
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
- Data analytical skills
- Strong leadership and presentation skill
- Project management and process improvement strategies
- **Able to work at Wang Noi, Ayutthaya province and able to have monthly meeting at AnyMind Office (Emporium, Bangkok)**
