Business Development Executive

Integrity Thailand is a foreign investment company that has operated in Thailand for 7 years. The company is an affiliate of Integrity Asia which also has offices in Indonesia and Malaysia.

As a rapidly expanding company with a unique business, Integrity Thailand is looking for self-motivated and results-oriented individuals with strong qualifications who love to face challenges to grow and succeed.

The role of the Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for actively seeking new business partners to join our new platforms and generate leads through cold calling, referral, and networking. The main tasks include but are not limited to new partner onboarding, maintaining operations to generate revenue, meeting the revenue sales target, and acting as the interface between partners and clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively generate leads of potential business partners to join our new platforms
- Managing the sales pipeline of prospective partners
- Generating sales revenue from the operations activities and meeting the target in due time
- Managing the launch of new orders and responsible for the qualifying process to ensure the clients provide mandatory documents
- Translating reports sent by partners from Thailand into English from time to time
- Responsible for new partner onboarding, including referral methods that are well implemented
- Build a sustainable relationship by improving the activities for partner engagement such as arranging regular meetings, getting feedback, and following up as necessary
- Improving sales revenue by approaching existing partners and obtaining referrals for new partners from their network.
- Maintenance and update of the Partner Database
- Assisting our partners in the preparation of invoice recapitulations and ensuring a smooth payment

**Job Requirements**:

- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree from any major and Native Thai
- Minimum 5 years prior work experience in Sales or in managing clients from the service industry
- Proficient in English, spoken and written
- Ability and desire to sell
- A confident and determined approach
- Adept, persuasive communicator
- Deadline-oriented and attentive to detail
- Must be able to multitask
- Able to be flexible on job scope evolution
