Our client is one of the world's leading Premium Generic Pharmaceutical Companies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing the product strategy to ensure the achievement of objectives following the plan.
- Having a deep understanding of the brand, the specialty care industry, how to effectively engage HCPs, and identify market opportunities for the product.
- Leading and collaborating with other functions to ensure new product launch excellence and to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating product performance and customers’ feedback to generate new product ideas, to meet customers’ needs and unmet needs.
- Working with Medical Affairs and Training Managers to ensure the sales team is capable of executing the case-based approach and other specialty care skill sets.
- Executing Multi-Channel Marketing as part of better sales force effectiveness and HCPs’ engagement.
- Managing product portfolio and contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies toward both new and existing products
- Organizing and planning marketing activities including launching new products, promotions, or communication aspects to raise brand awareness and leverage sales.
- Assisting in the preparation of pricing strategy and handling issues related to product specifications, quality, and delivery schedule.
- Being involved in the planning and execution of products and business-related events and training.
- Identifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research/competitive analysis (including trend awareness, price points, new product concepts, global packaging, etc.).
- Arranging special events e.g. seminar, booth exhibitions to make understanding of drug information to customers.
- Providing product knowledge consultation, product presentation, and product training to customers and sales teams.
- Building and maintaining good relations with opinion leaders and key customers.
- Supporting sales team to achieve sales target.

**Qualifications**
- Graduated in Pharmacy Plus MBA would be an advantage.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical experience in the Generic Industry. Specifically in the Neurology, Psychiatric, and Cardiology segments.
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have strong leadership and people management skills.
- Able to work independently with result-oriented and collaborate effectively.
- Equally strong are strategic thinking and product management.
- Strong execution of work and proven collaborative working (Internal and external stakeholders) for results.
