**Product Manager**

**Main Purpose of the Role**

To work with management team make strategy and product portfolio for different product line and integrate resource to support business initiative and development. Responsible for supporting and managing the product (line) throughout the product lifecycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. develop marketing and pricing strategies, generate new business leads, and oversee marketing department staff. They also manage marketing budgets and analyze trends.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learns product portfolio and coordinates with global product management team on pricing, terms and conditions, then initiates product launching process and timeframes for Straumann Thailand.
- Evaluating and optimizing marketing and Develops pricing strategy and budget to support sales target achievement based on the strategic business plan.
- Takes initiative to maintain and update product knowledge through sourcing for product information, reading clinical reports/publications, dental journals and resources from global team.
- Builds cross-functional team effectiveness with sales, regulatory and relevant staff to ensure successful delivery of strategies. Shares best practice and coordinates with marketing team to build knowledge and competence to our staff. Maintains good interpersonal relationships among team.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
- Acts as the key contact person for all product-related enquiries and work collaboratively with sales team to address any issues that may arise.
- Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
- Promoting our brand at trade shows, Workshop and major industry-related events.
- Presents clear product information, launching timelines and process to sales team and relevant staff.
- Monitors and measures implementation of the plan against agreed measures (i.e. market growth, product growth and market share).
- Manages the forecasting and inventory process to ensure correct stock levels
- Understands and is familiar with P&L dynamics and maximizes these to achieve profit goals.
- Manages and determines allocation of samples in line with product strategy, where relevant to the market.
- Special tasks or project as assigned by supervisor

**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management role is preferred
- A hands-on attitude and analytically driven
- Good computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, power point)
- Good command of English
- High ability to learn with good attitude
- Able to work independently and work as a team
