LSEG Business Internship - Customer Success Management Team
Our Business Internship will allow you to gain valuable experience within one of our business divisions, although you will also have exposure to the wider Group. You may be involved in helping to build and manage relationships with key clients, review risk models and motivate change projects and programmes. All our work is underpinned by our expertise in developing and delivering innovative technology.
What we are looking for:
We are passionate about recruiting people who are interested in pursuing a career within a Business Sector in a Fin-Tech industry and would like to learn about the full breadth of our business - and are interested in playing a part of our development, as it grows and diversifies.
What you will do:
- Maintain and demonstrate strong relationships with business decision makers and clients to increase usage of our solutions.- Upgrade program version, Excel file customization, template customization for clients.- Collect client's feedback and bring up to discuss with internal team- Provide training and services on our feature and content to support client's business.
Internship Period- Summer Internship (around 2 months)

**Qualifications**:
- 3rd or 4th year undergraduates from any Business related field.
