Sirius is founded by a team of software engineers, system architects, management consultants, investment bankers and venture capitalists from Europe, USA, and Asia. Together, we bring decades of experience in building digital ecosystems, developing enterprise level software solutions, and creating scalable technology platforms in the worlds most populated countries. Our headquarter is in Bangkok, Thailand and we have an R&D center in Shenzhen, China. Our holding company sits in Singapore from where we are expanding internationally.

Even though we established our company in 2021, were already a team of over 200 people. We have developed the first versions of our platform and solutions which are already deployed with paying clients in multiple countries. Furthermore, we are for the majority owned and governed by the founders while we also have strong anchor investors with us providing us the capital and support to grow at a fast pace.

One of the cornerstones of our organization is the Digital Transformations division. This division will consist of elite teams which work closely with those customers and partners who are keen to disrupt their industries, powered by digital platform technology.

**More about the role**

As the Digital Transformations Associate, you'llwork in teams to cultivate client relationships, engaging at management level along with your Digital Transformations Manager to help shape their strategy, digital roadmap and organizational development. Together with the teams, our product development division as well as our implementation, integration, and service delivery division youll deliver best-in-class digital technology solutions and help clients achieve lasting impacts.

Apart from the client work, you'llhelp shape our own product roadmap, making sure our solutions and partnerships stay ahead of the industry trends and the competition. Furthermore, you'llbe able to identify and develop relationships with technology partners in your industry that we can enable with our platform technology and drive towards synergistic value propositions.

**Role & Responsibilities**

We are looking for the Digital Transformations Associate to help us with the following:

- Help champion the Sirius vision and mission
- Manage and cultivate relationships across multiple client accounts
- Support in developing clients strategy
- Help develop the clients digital roadmap
- Aid in organizational development
- Map our products and solutions to their digital roadmap (supported by technical sales)
- Educate the client teams on the product benefits and
- Support implementation and delivery project teams
- Analyze key industry trends and competitor activities
- Help identify opportunities for entire new products and solutions
- Help identify additional features and ways to optimize existing products
- Suggest where to play and how to win for your vertical
- Identify most desired clients to pursue relationships with
- Work with Digital Transformations Manager, VP of Digital Transformations, advisors and business development to win new clients
- Identify adequate delivery, technology, consulting partners
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at those partners
- Support the alignment of joint technology development or service delivery

**Reporting Lines**
- The Digital Transformations Associate will report to the Digital Transformations Manager who in turn reports to VP of Digital Transformations and the Chief Commercial Officer subsequently; youll also work closely with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Operating Officer and their divisions.
