**Associate, Technology and Data Transformation, SEA**
We are seeking an Associate, Technology and Data Transformation (ATD) to join our team and support the Senior Transformation Consultant (STC) in driving marketing, advertising, and technology (MADtech) transformation for our clients. As ATD, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions, conducting assessments, and co-creating roadmaps to guide clients towards their MADtech goals. You will collaborate closely with the STC, internal teams, clients, and technology partners to contribute to the success of GroupM Nexus' Data & Tech engagements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the STC in deploying marketing maturity assessments and MADTech ecosystem audits for clients and contribute to the analysis of findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and facilitate client/agency working sessions, both in-person and virtually, to contribute to sales opportunities and enhance agency knowledge across consulting deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation and delivery of transformation roadmaps that encompass agile experiments, tactical initiatives, and strategic plans, aligned with the client's MADTech objectives.
- Participate in MADTech forums, training, and research to maintain proficiency across vendors and products, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the formulation of effective sales strategies and tactics, focusing on key client segments, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to drive engagement and revenue growth.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of digital transformation initiatives. Lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client proposals, including technical aspects, scope of work, costings, and estimated project timelines.
- Support in both a consultative and executional role, devising solutions for our clients by identifying and configuring the technology, data and processes that improve media targeting, and deepen insight generation.
- Maintain strong, effective relationships with key partners and suppliers within the ad/mar-tech data space.
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years’ experience in digital media, consulting, or related field, demonstrating an thorough knowledge of marketing/advertising solutions.
- Hands on experience with tag management solutions (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics 360, GA4, and other Google technologies
- Experience in leading engagements with client and agency partner stakeholders, and SMEs.
- Strong relationship building skills and previous experience working with C-level executives.
- Experience working with internal account/sales teams to define/identify account growth opportunities.
- Strong project management experience.
- A passion for problem solving and innovation.
- Strong aptitude for numerical detail and analysis
