**Digital Transformation**

The Digital Transformation Office works with True and the largest companies in CP Group to drive group-wide synergy on digital transformation and related technologies. The team works closely with the Group's CIOs and CDOs to oversee digital transformation progress for the Group across six key domains: digital channels, digital workplace, intelligent automation, data analytics, technology modernization, and cybersecurity. It is also responsible for driving technology-related projects to help uplift digital capabilities and generate savings for major business units

**The PMO Manager** will report directly to the Head of Digital Transformation Office for CP Group. The role will provide exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership of CPG companies. He/ she will be working with the largest companies of the Group in driving digital transformation initiatives and is responsible for end to end strategy formulation to implementation of those initiatives, ensuring that key technology synergy projects across our businesses come to fruition.

**What you will be doing**
- Drive and track performance of digital transformation initiatives/ KPIs for CP Group businesses
- Facilitate synergy initiatives across business units to create bigger value for all
- Work alongside business and tech teams on the implementation of Group-wide projects
- Track project status and deliverables, escalate project bottlenecks and issues, and present key project status and updates to senior management and CIOs
- Support management in establishing strategy and business plans for potential new digital businesses under CP Group

**What we are looking for**
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred, but not required
- At least 3-6 years of work experience in project management, program management, strategy, or management consulting. Financial analysis skills a plus
- Work experience in a technology, digital platform, or internet sector preferred, or otherwise demonstrated passion and knowledge of these businesses
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with strong ownership to drive business performance
- Ability to work well in a cross-functional environment with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to manage and process detailed information, while keeping perspective on the bigger picture
- Fluent in English and Thai
