Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Execute global policies, guidelines and processes aligning with applicable local laws, regulations, and industry code.
- Assists in the adoption of global compliance strategies and provides guidance for local implementation based on local needs, goals, and objectives, as well as taking into account local external regulatory trends and the environment.
- Builds partnerships with cross-functional Novartis associates at all levels to instill compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization and to ensure that Novartis associates act with high ethical standards and enable ethical business conduct.
- Ensures that the Compliance Program framework and controls effectively prevent and/or identify gaps or violations of law, regulations, or policies, and that appropriate corrective action is taken when necessary.
- Make use of knowledge of local needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement to design and deliver trainings that are both useful and impactful.
- Execute appropriate controls that strike a balance between business and risk in order to manage local risks.
- Assist as an advisor/consultant in mitigating risk and implementing best practice standards for a new innovative initiative from a cross-functional team.
- Conduct a monitoring in accordance with the Risk Assessment Management System (RAM), local needs, and identified gaps.

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Bachelor ‘s Degree in related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in pharma industry would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expert in Excel is plus.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Ability to be assertive and independent, to use good judgment in difficult situations, and to balance strategic decision making and administrative tasks.
- Proficient both Thai and English language in terms of speaking and writing skills
