Highly motivated, self-starting experienced Senior Product Developer to support the Kimberly-Clark Professional regional Research and Development Team, focusing on technical business support and product development of skincare, and formulated industrial/Scientific PPE solutions in the Business To Business space.

The role is critical to maintaining our global brand standards and to fuel continued growth in skincare, and full-saturated disinfecting /sanitizing wipes categories. The incumbent will be a key contributor in building upon established strategy work to deliver brand-aligned formulated solutions for the target customers. Further, they will be a key interface with internal and external product and technology development partners to identify ways to integrate new technologies into solution planning. This position requires an individual with the ability to think customer globally and communicate across numerous functional groups. Responsibilities include:

- Partner with business and marketing team members to execute on strategic initiatives to deliver product cost optimizations, SKU life-cycle maximization, quality improvements and renovations
- Be a technical contact for all customer, sales, and marketing product inquiries
- Lead regional implementation of KCP product innovation activities for skincare and formulated wiping products
- Drive projects with a focus on complying with Quality, Regulatory, and Product Safety requirements as defined by country and markets product will be delivered to
- Develop robust timelines, budgets, and resource forecasts
- Work effectively with manufacturing, engineering, quality, regulatory, product safety, marketing commercialization and planning teams for execution of projects
- Plan and lead project responsibilities with limited assistance and direction
- Ensure projects align with regional annual business plans/strategies and global category strategic business plans
- Communicate and document project plans and results to key stakeholders

Basic qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related major scientific field or engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. Examples include Chemical engineering, Materials Science, and Chemistry
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical assignments with extensive experience in process or product development of formulated products, packaging compatibility (bottle/pump etc), antimicrobial stability and microbiological efficacy tests, claim substantiation and scientific or industrial PPE-Glove.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within required timeframes
- Ability to drive projects forward quickly and effectively utilizing strong collaboration, project management and communication skills
- A track record of strong project leadership capabilities
- Fluent in English

Preferred qualifications
- Extensive experience in product development and commercialization process, including development and testing of prototypes to meet prioritized end user needs
- Experience in skincare and formulated wipe’s manufacturing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in countries within APAC region for formulated and PPE products
- Experience in formulated processes and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cultures to drive business results.
- Experience managing vendors for both innovation and manufacturing.
- Understanding of Kimberly-Clark products, procedures, and processes
