**The Future of ABC Cooking Studio Instructors**:
Instructors will get to improve their skills, experiences and knowledge regularly. Our Local & Overseas Training Program and Career Path will support our instructors and we aim to turn them into a World-Wide Leader whom will excel in management and customer services area. In addition, Instructors will be cultivated with entrepreneurship skills that consist of 5 elements namely Growth Potential, Ambition, Compatibility, Foresee-Ability and Leadership.
- Attend to customers at the reception area and answer call-ins through the phone.
- Responsible for assisting instructors to pack ingredients.
- Responsible in stock checking and stock level monitoring.
- Handle ingredients division and storage of the products received from suppliers.
- Ensure ingredients are packed according to the requirements and be consistent in the presentations.
- To assist instructors in packing required ingredients for lessons.
- Assist in maintaining overall studio hygiene and cleanliness including the dining area.
- Support other related daily studio operations.
- Support staffs during events like booth, special functions, etc.

**Requirements**:

- Strong in Administration, Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel program
- Be able to operate Google Form, Google Drive
- Good Customer service and detail oriented
- Positive mindset and a strong team player.
- Meticulous and positive attitude towards work.
- Able to organize, multitask and work in a team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Able to differentiate ingredients used in baking or cooking.
- Able to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
- Customer service experience will be an advantage.
- Applicants with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Fluent English will be added value
- Work minimum 4 shifts per week
- Commit minimum 6 months of employment with the company.
- Working hours: 11:00 - 20:00
