**Rate**: $400-500/month (can increase quickly depending on performance and productivity)

**About the Role**

We’re on a mission to **establish Prime Lead Studio (PLS) as a scalable content business with diversified revenue streams**, fueled by **viral storytelling and high-value affiliate marketing**. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a results-driven and creative **YouTube Channel Content Producer** who can execute fast, deliver high-volume output using AI tools, and craft content that resonates with and grows a global audience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured workflow but loves creative storytelling. You’ll manage the full content lifecycle—from ideation and scripting, to AI voice-over generation and video production, to publishing and audience engagement—at scale.

With the help of AI platforms like ClaudeAI, ElevenLabs, Capcut, and Canva, you’ll be expected to **produce 35 high-quality videos per week**, each crafted for maximum viewer retention and engagement.

**What You’ll Do**
- Identify trending topics and analyze competitor content
- Generate and prioritize new video ideas aligned with the channel’s strategy
- Track the performance of new content formats
- Use AI tools to generate engaging scripts based on approved concepts
- Ensure scripts are optimized for retention and storytelling
- Create compelling, brand-consistent thumbnails using templates and AI visuals
- A/B test thumbnail performance where applicable
- Generate voice-overs using ElevenLabs AI
- Use Capcut to assemble visuals, add captions, and finalize videos
- Ensure content meets channel standards and is retention-optimized
- Upload videos to YouTube with optimized titles, descriptions,
- Schedule 5 videos daily for maximum visibility
- Respond to viewer comments and questions
- Moderate inappropriate content and foster a positive community
- Identify viewer FAQs to guide future content

**Who You Are**:

- You have experience creating or managing YouTube or digital video content (preferably AI-assisted), OR —
- You have a passion for storytelling, attention to detail, and audience-first mindset
- You are familiar with fast content production processes
- You are able to work independently and hit weekly output targets with mínimal direct supervision and can maintain productivity without daily check-ins or guidance
- You thrive in environments where your work output is the primary measure of your performance rather than your presence or participation
- You are comfortable using (or learning) tools like **Capcut, ElevenLabs, etc.**:

- You are organized, efficient, and adaptable in a remote work environment

**Bonus**: Previous experience working with AI tools, scriptwriting, or YouTube automation.

**Performance Expectations**
- **35 scripts and 35 videos delivered weekly** using AI-assisted workflow
- Consistent publishing of 5 videos per day
