**General Description of Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Acting as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business group.
- Managing complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally.
- Recruiting personally the key talents for the business group.
- Facilitating the management team to bring the best solutions for employees.
- Acting as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.
- Designing and maintaining organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves.
- Designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
- Challenging the organizational structure of the business group.
- Acting as a member of the HR Management Team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR-related field.
- At least 1-3 years experience in HRBP role or recruitment for consumer business.
- Have experience in HR management.
- Labor law knowledge skills.
- Strong Communication and negotiation skills.
- Project Management and Change Management skills.
- Strong Business Acumen, Strong Time Management and Priorities Management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
