- Senior Sales / Chinese speaking (23K-33K) (SDG-81855)
- ฝ่ายขายอาวุโส / สื่อสารภาษาจีน-
- Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales with clients to achieve objectives.
- To maintain existing customers and new customers (Ratio 50/50)
- Communicate to customer and handling requirement with stakeholder appropriately.
- Manage promotion and negotiation of Sales PJ with clients to achieve objective.
- Finding bottle neck of sales progress and take appropriate action or initiative creative solution.
- Practical report to supervisor on time schedule
- Negotiate and answer question about product and terms of sales.
- Create sales to meet or exceeding sales goals.
- Operation job responsibility with HO-REN-SO (Report-Contact-Consult).
- Collaborate with internal organization appropriately- Thai nationality, Male, 25-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer or related Engineering field.
- **Chinese language skill *
- 3-5 years working experience in Engineering field, Technical Sales, Automotive machine sale or related field in manufacturing environment.
- Good command of English and Japanese (Optional) communication.
- Ability to work under rigid pressure.
- Good computer literacy.

- Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Monday - Friday (Working in the office only 1 day a week))

- จัดการโปรโมชั่นและการเจรจาการขายกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์
- เพื่อรักษาลูกค้าเดิมและลูกค้าใหม่ (อัตราส่วน 50/50)
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าและจัดการกับข้อกำหนดกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียอย่างเหมาะสม
- จัดการโปรโมชั่นและการเจรจาต่อรองของ Sales PJ กับลูกค้าเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ค้นหาคอขวดของความคืบหน้าการขายและดำเนินการตามความเหมาะสมหรือการแก้ปัญหาเชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่สร้างสรรค์
- รายงานการปฏิบัติต่อหัวหน้างานตามกำหนดเวลา
- เจรจาและตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และเงื่อนไขการขาย
- สร้างยอดขายให้เป็นไปตามหรือเกินเป้าหมายการขาย
- รับผิดชอบงานปฏิบัติการกับ HO-REN-SO (รายงาน-ติดต่อ-ปรึกษา)
- ร่วมมือกับองค์กรภายในอย่างเหมาะสม- สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- **ทักษะภาษาจีน**:

- มีประสบการณ์ 3-5 ปี ในด้านวิศวกรรม, การขายด้านเทคนิค, การขายเครื่องจักรยานยนต์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องในสภาพแวดล้อมการผลิต
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ถ้ามี) ได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
