**Role Overview**:
The Business Analyst (Chinese Speaker) will be responsible for analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities, and supporting strategic initiatives in Thailand and APAC. The role requires strong analytical skills, financial services domain knowledge, and fluency in both English and Chinese to liaise with cross-border teams and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Business Analysis & Insights**
- Analyze business performance metrics, sales data, and client behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Support development of business strategies, pricing models, and revenue optimization plans.
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.

**Cross-Border Stakeholder Management**
- Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking stakeholders (internal and external) and Thailand/APAC teams.
- Support Chinese partners, IBs, and clients by providing business updates and performance reporting.
- Facilitate smooth communication for regional collaboration.

**Market Research & Competitive Intelligence**
- Conduct research on forex, crypto, and multi-asset trading markets in APAC, with emphasis on Chinese-speaking segments.
- Benchmark against competitors and provide insights into market positioning.
- Track regulatory updates and business risks in Thailand and greater APAC region.

**Process Improvement & Reporting**
- Develop business dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to implement enhancements based on analysis.

**Key Requirements**

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Strategy Analyst, or similar role, preferably in financial services/fintech/forex/crypto.

**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Familiarity with trading platforms (MT4/MT5, cTrader) and financial products is an advantage.

**Language Skills**
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written) is mandatory.
- Strong proficiency in English; Thai language skills are a plus.

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills, able to work with global and regional teams.
