We are looking for a** Senior Business Analyst** to join our team in Bangkok.
- responsibilities-
-Decompose business functions into system processes and business rules
-Write and groom user stories and acceptance criteria for prioritized requirements, and provide clarification as necessary
-Work with the scrum team to get to a solution that drives maximum synergies, delivers the most business values, and provides optimum efficiency
-Able to define current and future operational scenarios such as processes, models, and use cases, and work with business users as well as designers to ensure the business requirement is addressed in the design
-Prepare test scenarios, execute System Integration Tests, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing
- requirementsDiploma / Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems, or equivalent
-3+ years of experience in Business Analysis in the General Insurance Industry
-Rich working experience on B2B or B2C Digital project(s) in the Insurance domain
-A good business knowledge and understanding of how insurance systems support the various demands of the GI insurance business including the business operations, products, processes, and the relevant technology and systems that are required to support it
-Preferably with Personal Line Insurance domain knowledge
-Preferably with experience in using the Agile framework
-Good Attitude and self-driven, able to plan and execute projects with mínimal supervision
-Experience and familiarity with platforms: Jira, Google Analytics, and MS Office Suite
-Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities
-Strong verbal and written communication skills (B2+ English level)
- nice to haveExperience with other project management tools such as Trello or Asana
-Experience with SQL or other database querying languages
-Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
