The Product Manager will be responsible for driving the expansion of Whoscall in the Thai market, increasing the number of new user installations and retention. In the medium to long term, you will assist the product team in meeting the various needs of Thai users regarding unknown caller identification and fraud prevention, thereby increasing the number of active users and monetization capabilities. You will collaborate with product designers, marketing, and business teams to analyze customer needs, validate value propositions, and translate them into specifications for the Taiwan development team to work on. You must be comfortable working independently, dealing with ambiguity, be organized and possess effective interpersonal skills to successfully partner with the cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Your ability to influence, communicate and create synchronization and alignment will be critical. **Responsibilities**: - Lead and liaise with HQ Product teams to develop new features and products, or enhance existing product offerings. - Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing partners, serving as their primary point of contact and advocate within the organization. - Understand partners' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored support and solutions that drive mutual success. - Proactively identify opportunities to expand partnerships and drive incremental revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new product offerings. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to understand partnership and integration project requirements and objectives. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for integration projects. - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute integration projects effectively and efficiently. - Identify and mitigate risks and obstacles that may arise during partnership and integration projects. - Ensure that the projects go live smoothly, and any post-launch issues be resolved promptly. - Document integration processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and improvement **Basic Qualifications**: - 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful consumer products. - A strong track record of success in the Southeast Asian region is preferred. - Extensive work experience in Thailand. Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English, the ability to communicate in Chinese is a plus. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic and analytical mindset, with experience using data to make product decisions. - Strong user empathy and the ability to translate user needs into product requirements. - Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. - Passionate about innovation and staying up to date with the latest trends in product management. - Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. - Understanding of integration methodologies, protocols, and technologies. - Solid technical understanding of both front-end and back-end development. - Experienc
