As a Product Manager for Internal Product, you will be responsible for managing and developing our internal tools and utilities as products and assets for the research team. You will work closely with all stakeholders, including our clients, to deliver solutions within set timelines. This role offers growth opportunities, with the potential to progress to a Senior Product Manager position within our social listening solution and be centric of the research and developer team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, for both tools and utilities.
- Work closely with the tech team to ensure timely delivery of product features.
- Prioritize product backlog and coordinate with various teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Present product updates and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
- Continuously gather feedback and improve the product based on user needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of social listening tools and technologies is a plus.
- Experience in social data analytics is highly desirable.
