**Job Purpose**
The Credit & Overdue AR Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing credit risk and ensuring timely collection of overdue accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with various departments, develop effective credit control strategies, and contribute to the company’s financial stability. **Responsibilities**:
- ** Credit Management**: Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare and present detailed reports on accounts receivable status and overdue accounts.
- ** Reconciliation**: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, customer service, and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- ** Analysis**: Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Several years of experience in accounts receivable and credit management.
- ** Certifications**: Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus.
**Key Skills**:
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with financial systems and technology, including SAP and Excel.
