Job Description:
**What you'll do**:

- **Be responsible for planning the design process (+ UX Research) **of all company products on each online platform.
- **Integrate and understand business objectives, desired outcomes, and user needs **to create effective, useful experiences of our innovative products
- **Know how to use best practices or frameworks in human-centered design, design thinking, and user interface design** to facilitate definition of User Experience (UX) requirements with mission stakeholders and end-users
- **Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, understanding when deeper exploration** is validated and when it is best to change paths and try another approach
- **Take full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail and every step of the way**: able to tackle undefined and complex projects, lead projects from beginning to end, and own and influences product key metrics (KPIs)
- **Work with internal and external stakeholders, marketing and development teams, together with clients and investors** to identify the best experience that meets human, business and technical needs

**Who Are You**:

- **An open-minded team player** with 3+ years experience delivering great design as an end-to-end UX/UI Designer, or in a similar design role, delivering data-heavy products as part of a multi-functional team including internal and external stakeholders, marketing or development teams
- **A conceptual and human-centric problem solver**. A portfolio that demonstrates high visual projects and highlights your design process and decision-making ability (i.e. ideation, testing, iteration, etc.) should be included
- **Possess a solid UX design skill set and the ability to walk through conceptual ideas** and effectively communicate using sketches, storyboards, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and data visualization
- **A UX/UI Designer who has solid understanding of visual design elements**: typography, iconography, color theory, layout and composition and prototyping skills with Figma.
- One with experience in contributing to **design systems** and **producing assets **for development.

**Nice to have**:

- **Prior experience in creating products in financial technology areas such as banking, payments, wealth management, investing, etc.**:

- Experience in UX Motion Design
- Experience in Constructive Criticism giveaway.
