Well knowledge of all cleaning chemical use in The Club Residence.
Continue Checking rooms and concentrating on departures and arrivals Members.
Attend the Training sessions both internal and external.
Ensure all lost property is brought to LP/Director of Service Operations and the Lost Property Record is filled out.
Work closely with Director of Service Operation for the smooth running of Service Operation Section.
Well understand of Club Residence policies and procedures including with House Rules.
Report health/safety and security hazards to Suite Operation Supervisor or LP
Ensure that working area and Break Out Room are clean and tidy at all times.
Well understand and be able to demonstrate of how to operate for all electronic provided in each apartment ie. Washing Machine, Brower, Iron and Board, Coffee maker, Toaster, Electric Stove.
Keep an eye on and learning for the maintenance procedure in working area for working equipment, such as Vacuum Machine,
Checking stock for all office suppliers including guests stationery, Guest Supply and Linen and make sure that it is balance for the par stock and making a report to re-order once more stock is needed.
Understand the Building’s Fire and Safety procedures. Undergo fire training.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and wear proper uniform at all times. Adhere to the Club Residence’s grooming standards as stated in the associate handbook and ensure all associates during your shift meet these.
Support the team of Suite Cleaning with training and ensure you have complete knowledge of Service Operation’s S.O.P.
Working closely with Lounge Service Supervisor and Engineer Supervisor to make sure that the best service is always delivered to our club Member. And display hospitality skills when dealing with Members and associates.
Report any unusual occurrences to the Management.
Project a positive outlook and support change in the Service Operation Section.
Motivate all Suite Cleaning Agent to do an excellent performance to meet and exceed our business objectives set out by the company business plan and department plan.
Know well of Job Description and SOP for all positions in Service Operation.
Representing with good personality of appearance, being a very good Role Model of the team.
Taking as a commitment with the company that all associates will keep a personal data of our Club Residence Members as a confidential.
Always showing an active & enthusiastic appearance to our members once requires and always providing some options for any kind of recommendation.
Plus any others extra tasks which is related to the position that might be assigned by the Management.
Must response to all customer’s requests in a prompt and courteous manner.
