In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing order processing, supporting the sales team, conducting regular follow-ups with clients, and coordinating the creation of advertising materials 【Job Description】 ・Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, manage the customer database, and strive to improve customer satisfaction. ・Regular Follow-ups with Clients: Reach out to clients regularly to secure orders and ensure their satisfaction. ・Order Processing: Handle customer orders, coordinate with relevant departments for order information, and input and process order dat ・Sales Support: Help with sales materials, presentations, and reports for the sales team. ・Support in Creating Advertising Materials: Help make brochures, posters, and website content. ・SNS and Digital Marketing Operations: Assist in planning and running marketing activities on social media and digital platforms. Salary 17,000 - 27,000 (THB) Location Bangkok Required work experience 【Must】 ・Bachelor's degree ・Male or Female ・Age between 25-35 years old. ・More than 3 years of sales coordinator work experience ・Intermediate Level of English ・Intermediate Level of Japanese (JLPT N3 Up) ・Computer literacy especially google sheet or excel. 【Advantage】 ・Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. ・Proven experience in customer service or sales support, preferably in the food or agricultural industry. ・Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. ・Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. ・Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. ・Specific Software Skills:"Good at Google Sheets for basic reports, data entry and simple calculations. ・Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus. ・Nationality restricted to Thai citizens.
