Project Coordinator Japanese Speaking (Salary is not over 50,000 THB)

Job Role and Responsibilities
- Support and work closely with our Project Management team and participate in full project life cycle from requirements gathering to project implementation, maintenance and support.
- Support to follow up/contact with headquarter for complete information whenever required.
- Support to monitor and control risk/issue to ensure project timeline is fulfilled and delivered on time.
- Act as an interpreter, point of contact and communicate between our sites and headquarter.
- Prepare meeting report. Transcribe meeting minutes, memos and any tasks to support depend on request from team.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical engineering or related field.
- Experience for Project Coordinator is software development team.
- Have experiences with project management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge for software development process, MS. Office (Word, Excel).
- Be able to work well as part of diverse team, work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Must be able to multitask while also using their time wisely and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency
- Good communication skill in order to translate documents and as well to communicate by Japanese language. (N3 or above)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.
