We are looking for a HRBP & Sites Intern in Thailand who is passionate about supporting others' success and genuinely interested in people management.

**About the role - you will**:

- ** Employee relationship processes**:

- Work closely with HR team members to facilitate employee relations efforts.
- Assist in planning and taking part in activities designed to boost employee engagement.
- Provide support in handling HR-related questions and concerns from employees.
- ** Compliance and Documentation**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of internal & external audit plans.
- Support the preparation and management of audit-related documentation.
- Review audit records, operational processes, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, team meetings and communication.
- ** Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
- Maintain and update communication channels, including intranet pages, shared drives, and project management tools.
- Support the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support for communication and coordination-related projects.

**About you**:

- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

**Your experience includes**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

**Location**:
Home to 4,000+ employees, our Teparuk site produces nano-recording heads, a crucial component of the read/write functionality of a hard disk drive. Our Teparuk facility is a fun and active site.
