**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. You'll manage multiple exciting campaigns while providing professional, efficient support that exceeds expectations.
**What You'll Do**:
Transform customer service into customer excellence by:
- Being the voice of TLC Worldwide, delivering outstanding support across multiple campaigns
- Managing customer bookings and keeping clients informed every step of the way
- Building strong relationships with our partners and suppliers
- Ensuring campaign success through meticulous attention to detail
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our service standards
**What You'll Bring**:

- A native or bilingual Thai speaker
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales-driven environment
