**รายละเอียดงาน**
1.รับผิดชอบโดยตรงเกี่ยวกับการตลาดของ ภาพยนตร์และซีรีส์ (หารายได้โฆษณา, รายได้จากการจัดกิจกรรมโปรโมชั่น)

2.กำหนดแผนกลยุทธ์การตลาด ทั้งออนไลน์ และออฟไลน์ ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม ให้มียอดติดตาม และ เรทติ้งที่สูง สร้างกระแสให้เป็นที่รู้จักและถูกพูดถึง รวมถึงการสร้างรายได้

3.กำหนดทิศทาง การนำเนื้อหาบางส่วนของละคร ไปเผยแพร่ทั้งในสื่อโทรทัศน์ ,สื่อออนไลน์ และสื่อมวลชนทุกประเภท ทุกแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น Website, facebook, twitter, Instagram, Tiktok ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาด และศักยภาพสื่อของบริษัทฯ
4.ผลิตสื่อสนับสนุนการขาย (Sales Tools) และ โปรโมชัน สื่อออนไลน์ต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
5.วิเคราะห์ศักยภาพทางการตลาด และความสามารถในการทำกำไรของผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ในด้านละคร
6.รายงานปัญหาการทำงาน วิเคราะห์คู่แข่งขัน และ หาข้อมูลกำหนดกลยุทธ์เสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา

7.ควบคุมงบประมาณและบริหารทีมขายและทีมชั้นนำให้บรรลุเป้าหมายการขาย
8.จัดทำรายงาน แผนปฏิบัติการเพื่อเข้าถึงลูกค้ารายใหม่ของบริษัท

9.ให้คำปรึกษา หรือ ให้ข้อมูลเสริม เจ้าหน้าที่ขายในแง่การเลือกสื่อที่เหมาะสมกับโจทย์ของลูกค้า

**คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร**
- อายุ 30 ปีขึ้นไป
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปทุกสาขา
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับละคร การตลาด สามารถวิเคราะห์ทิศทาง วางกลยุทธ์ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาด การละคร 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกระแสละคร สามารถจับทิศทางทุกกระแสละคร ทันกระแส
- มีความเข้าใจ และสามารถใช้สื่อออนไลน์ และออฟไลน์ ในการโปรโมท ต่อสาธารณะได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถติดต่อประสานงานทั้งภายใน และภายนอกกลุ่มงานได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้ดี
