หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

1. วางแผนงานและกำหนดกลยุทธ์ด้านการตลาด, กลุ่มเป้าหมาย, การประชาสัมพันธ์, รวมไปถึงแผนงานด้านงบประมาณต่าง ๆ

2. ควบคุม, ดูแลบริหารงานด้านการตลาดและการขาย, บริหารทีมงานขายให้เป็นไปเป้าและตามแผนงานที่กำหนด

3. บริหารจัดการ ติดตาม และประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงาน ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน และโอกาสการขาย รวมไปถึงวิเคราะห์คู่แข่งขัน เพื่อปรับกลยุทธ์การขายให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด

4. วิเคราะห์ วางแผน และดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด เพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขายสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

5. เป็นตัวแทนองค์กรหรือบริษัทฯ ในการประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการ รวมไปถึงสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของบริษัทให้เป็นที่รู้จัก

6. ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าที่ต้องการใช้บริการ ดูแล ประสานงานลูกค่าและทีมงาน ให้ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและสำเร็จเรียบร้อย ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น จนจบงาน

7. จัดทำรายงานผลการทำงานของแผนการตลาดประจำเดือน ประจำไตรมาส และประจำปี

8. รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ

1.เป็นผู้กล้าคิดกล้าทำ มีแนวความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์สิ่งใหม่ๆ Think Outside Box วุฒิฯปริญญาตรี หรือปริญญาโท ทุกสาขา

2. ประสบการณ์ Marketing planning, Strategy, Analyst, Promotion SEO/ SEM, PPC, Social Media, Online Media ในผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับเครื่องดื่ม น้ำดื่ม

3. มีความเข้าใจในการวิจัยตลาด การจัดทำแบบสำรวจ การประมวลผลและสรุปผลข้อมูลที่สำรวจ

4. มีบุคลิกภาพดี มีภาวะความเป็นผู้นำ และมีความรับผิดชอบ อดทน

5. มีความสามรถในการสื่อสารได้อย่างดี แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
