**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Strategic, plan and advise and lead team to execute marketing plan and activities to reach out the Company target goal in short term and long term plan
- Analyses sales data to identify trends, issues and opportunities. Applies findings to problem solving in Marketing and in collaboration with Sales
- Liaises with regional/global Marketing colleagues to optimize advertising performance
- Establishes and tracks metrics to monitor status of activities and to drive campaign effectiveness. Provides effective analysis of campaigns and makes adjustments to plans based on data-driven insights.
- Works closely with the regional Lead Qualification team to drive the lead qualification agenda in TH, VT and PH
- Conducts market research in support of tactical and strategic planning initiatives.
- Liaises with global Marketing colleagues to ensure that our local website is maintained and up to date.
- Coordinates Water Quality Platform Thailand, VT and PH presence at tradeshows, exhibitions and seminars. Interfaces with designers and agencies on special requests and projects. Attends and sells at applicable events and is able to assist customers with general product based enquiries.
- Execute local product launches including internal launch kits, customer facing presentations and materials, sales tools, national and regional trade show presence, industry seminars, and press releases/tours/conferences.
- Collaborating with the Sales team, initiates targeted promotional activities to drive sales. Monitors the ongoing success of promotional activities based on metrics and makes recommendations for adjustments.
- Keeps track of the competitive landscape in TH, VT and PH and plans tactical marketing countermeasures to defend and gain market share.
- Monitor and maintain online presence in sources such as Wikipedia, Google Maps, online tradeshows, trade portals, social media, etc.
- Prepares and distributes press releases when required and tracks their impact; builds relationships with key editors and pitches stories as needed.
- Manages schedules and develops content for newsletters, print advertising, public relations outreach, tradeshows, product roundups and other media value-add opportunities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
