Completar los informes del cajero designado y los informes de cierre en el sistema informático. Revisar el registro de turnos de los empleados y los libros de memos diarios y documentar la información pertinente en los registros. Contactar a la persona o al departamento apropiados (p. ej. Botones, Departamento de Limpieza), según sea necesario, para resolver las llamadas, las solicitudes o los problemas de los huéspedes. Procesar todos los registros de ingreso de los huéspedes mediante la confirmación de las reservaciones en el sistema informático, la verificación de la identidad de los huéspedes, solicitar una forma de pago, asignar las habitaciones y entregar y activar las llaves de las habitaciones. Vender una habitación o alojamiento a los huéspedes que no tengan reservaciones según la disponibilidad. Asegurarse de que las tarifas se ajusten a las normas del mercado y que se documenten todas las excepciones. Asegurarse de que las cuentas provenientes de los distintos puntos de venta (p. ej., gimnasio, tienda minorista) se escaneen y se carguen a la cuenta de la habitación. Asistir a la gerencia en la capacitación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina, motivación y entrenamiento de los empleados y servir como ejemplo y primer punto de contacto del proceso de "Garantía de tratamiento justo y política de puertas abiertas". Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad. Cumplir con todas las políticas y los procedimientos de la compañía, asegurarse de que el uniforme y la apariencia personal sean pulcras y profesionales, mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada y proteger los bienes de la compañía. Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía; anticiparse a sus necesidades de servicio y atenderlas; agradecerles con aprecio genuino; asistir a las personas con discapacidades. Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional; atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado. Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad. Estar de pie, tomar asiento o caminar durante un período prolongado de tiempo o durante toda la jornada de trabajo. Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y ubicar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 25 libras o menos.Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.

Educación: Título de estudios secundarios o certificado equivalente de un programa de Desarrollo de Educación General (General Educational Development, GED).
